You are warmly invited to become a member of the Arizona Interfaith Movement!

• You’re invited to Get Involved – let us know what your interest is.
• Behind many of the world’s greatest challenges and conflicts is usually some kind of religious misunderstanding, bias or related issue… we’re seeing to do something about this.
• This is a MOVEMENT, but we need your help.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair said that leaders in an interdependent world must work to end religious conflict or face catastrophe. He went on to say that religion is as important in this century as political ideology was in the last. The Arizona Interfaith Movement (AIFM) is working hard to end religious conflict, and has found that the Golden Rule is central to all major faith traditions and is a tool we can build on to bring about a more peaceful world..

We invite all of Arizona to join as a member or to renew their membership in the Arizona Interfaith Movement.

• New programs are being initiated.
• New people are joining the movement.
• We’re responsive to current needs — In the midst of economic hard times and great community needs, AIFM was honored to initiate and work with others to put on “Choose to Help – Golden Rule in Action” on May 28, 2009. See www.goldenruleinaction.org.
• Be a catalyst for new paradigms of change in the world.
• AIFM is a community-building focus for understanding, respect and support
• And we have fun and enjoy the fellowship, too.

The cost is $25.00 per person for individual membership, and that allows you to be a strong member of a movement that is so greatly needed in our world today, and it also allows AIFM to continue to expand in every vital way. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so your payment will be tax-deductible.

Types of Memberships:

1. Individual Membership – $25.00 per year

2. Individual Places of Worship Memberships – Based on the number of people served, basically.  Such as 1-50 people served = $50.00; 50-100 = $100.00; etc.  It’s a voluntary donation, but this is our requested donation as a guideline.

3. Non Profit Membership – Same voluntary donation based on the number of those served.

4. Faith Traditions, i.e. Buddhists, Sikhs, Christians, Jews, Muslims, etc.  - Same voluntary donation based on the number of those served.

Whether you are brand new to this organization, or you have been strong members and friends of the Arizona Interfaith Movement for a long time – either way, we thank you in advance for continuing your loyal support.
